CONCEPTUAL DANCE
Conceptual based dance classes elevate your classes from typical rec classes to educational classes that benefit the whole child resulting in greater student retention of knowledge and an increased comprehension and understanding of what they are learning. In the Dance to Learn® Program students learn 14 dance concepts throughout their first 3 years of dance.
VIDEO DEMONSTRATIONS
Lesson plans include video demonstrations of each part of class with tips and tricks on how to set up your classroom for success. This will result in a more organized classroom with clear routines and structures which will ultimately allow your students to know what is expected each week, so you can spend more time teaching, and less time managing.
PROP LISTS
Each lesson plan also includes theme specific props! I love props, and know it can take hours researching and finding the perfect props that will integrate with my theme and tell the story I want to tell. I've done all that planning for you! I include a suggested prop list for each class complete with links on where to buy! I try to find props that provide a multi-sensory experience to ensure all 4 learning types are captivated with props included in the lesson plan!
THEMED LESSONS
Themed lesson plans allow your classes to be more organized and focused resulting in more parents feeling confident in your ability to teach their child. This will ultimately grow your class sizes and improve registration numbers.
MULTI-SENSORY
All lesson plans include multi-sensory experiences built throughout class designed to captivate all 4 learning types. When students are calm, captivated and intrigued in what they are learning, they are more likely to focus on the lesson plan and less on distracting behaviors; therefore creating a calm environment focused on learning.
TEACHER'S GUIDE
Printable Teacher's Guides allow you to stay focused on your students. Place these in your teacher's binders to keep on hand as a reference in case you forget what was in the video demonstration. I know you can't stop teaching and refer to a video when you're in class, so this is a convenient way to keep your lesson plans near when you need them!
MUSIC LISTS
Each lesson plan also includes suggested songs, I am also updating lesson plans with complete Spotify playlists! That's another task that can take hours of our valuable time, finding theme specific songs. I've put in the hours to find the perfect song choices for you that coincide back to the theme!

FAMILY ENGAGEMENT
Family Engagement activities to encourage learning at home. I am a huge believer in the value of Family Engagement and the benefits of continued learning at home with parents. When parents are involved, students will have a better retention of knowledge and improve their comprehension. Plus parents will get to witness what their child is learning in class. This will grow their trust in you the teacher, in knowing their child is learning not only how to dance, but also important developmental skills.

STORY DANCE PATHWAYS™
Story Dance Pathways™ are trademarked obstacle course that are designed to tell a story. Story Dance Pathways™ are included in most lesson plans and are designed with the philosophy that if children can dance out movements that tell a story based on the theme and concept they are learning, they will be more likely to remember, retain and comprehend the movements they are learning. Story Dance Pathways™ are theme based and designed to help students further explore the dance concept to which they are learning.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Memberships also include our full library of Digital Downloads! These are typically games, coloring pages or arts & crafts activities that can be included in the lesson plans. These are supplemental activities to each theme which can be mix and matched with any of the lesson plans.
CONSISTENCY
I follow the same consistent class flow and process in each class creating consistency, routines and structure. While the theme and concept may differ from week to week, the students still know what is expected of them from the moment they walk in to sit in the Learner's circle for introducing the concept, to transitioning to developing skills, and even how to wait their turn to perform our story based obstacle courses.
Monthly Memberships renew on an automatic monthly debit to the credit or debit card used at sign up until cancelled. Monthly Memberships can be cancelled at any time. User will retain access to all current and new items in the membership until the cancel date at which time user loses access to all items in the membership. For example, if your renewal date is on the 12th and you cancel on the 28th of the current month, you will retain access to all current and new items in your library from the 12th until the 28th at which time your membership will not renew and you will lose access to all items in your membership. We do no pro-rate monthly membership cancellations and we do not provide refunds or credits for early cancellation.
Annual Memberships renew automatically each year to the credit or debit card used at sign up until cancelled. Upon cancellation of an annual membership, the user will retain access to all current items in their library and any new items that are added before the cancel date. For example if you pay for an annual membership in March, your membership will run until March of the following year and renew at that time. If you cancel your membership in September prior to your renewal, you will retain access to all current and new materials from September until March, at which time you will lose access to all items in your membership. We do no pro-rate annual membership cancellations and we do not provide refunds or credits for early cancellation.
